Indoor pool was extraordinarily heated and comfortable.

The hotel was clean, the staff was supper friendly. Liked a work area, a writing desk, and a whirlpool in the room. The venue was in an absolutely perfect location, in suburbs. Besides, it was close enough to the center, restaurant and Chesterfield mall down th.

It is close to all the stores we wanted to go to. It was a great room for a really great price!

Impressed by the great water pressure in the shower, it's a fantastic way to start the day.

The thin walls made it hard to ignore our neighbor's TV playing loudly late at night.

The room was spacious..

The pool was cold, and the staff didn't care if children younger than 13 were in the jacuzzi...it was a busy weekend though. I think there was a birthday party too.

Extremely comfortable room - great bed, lots of space, kitchenette, breakfast, free wifi, very good value for the money.

If you're craving a sandwich, you can't miss Harpo's Chesterfield just a hop away-totally hits the spot! Plus, the heated pool feels like a warm hug after a long day. The clean vibes and the spacious setup were a hit with my family too 🍔🌊

The staff really made our hotel stay one of a kind. They went above and beyond on any questions, requests, and opportunity.

The rooms with a comfortable king size bed and a great shower, as for instance. Location near to mall & restaurants, several restaurants, and a convenient area to other attractions.

It was almost great, but I had to track down staff for gluten-free options at breakfast which wrecked my mornings. I expected a complimentary gesture for my inconveniences, and instead, the swimming area had an awful smell. I just couldn't leave a good review! How disappointing!

I can honestly say there was nothing really wrong at all with this hotel. Our whole family group was pleased.

The location was exactly where I needed it with good connections to interstate or side roads.

The room smelled moldy & mildew; by second night in room having headaches and such due to this issue. They had full hotel but breakfast area small, they did not help in keeping area turned over so others could sit & eat--I was on crutches and had to stand for 10 minutes waiting for some kids to get up who were not eating but just sitting & texting on their phone. There was group that took 3 tables just talking as they were also done eating. They sat dominating those tables for over an hour (before I got there & after I was done). I addressed this with issue with the manager who said it was just extra crowded & other excuses but did not understand that managing the area for the greater good of all staying at the hotel in a polite manner was part of his job when overcrowding of eating area occurs.

The indoor pool was a lovely spot to unwind, and the room's kitchenette. But we wished the breakfast choices were a bit more varied.

The free continental breakfast was great. The hotel was located in a convenient area to other attractions, was affordable, and clean.

There were not enough night staff to deliver extra towels, so we had to go to the front desk to get them. Not really a big deal but a little inconvenient.

My kids wished for more breakfast options.
